Once upon a time, in the heart of Washington Heights, NYC, I immigrated to the United States at the tender age of one. Growing up amidst the challenges of drugs, teenage pregnancies, and high school dropouts, I envisioned a life that was rich with purpose, achievements, and freedom—everything my surroundings suggested was out of reach. By the age of seventeen, with my family returning to the Dominican Republic, I made a bold decision to declare my independence, choosing to remain here and chart my own course.
Yet, I often found myself imprisoned by….
the societal and cultural expectations placed on me—an Afro-Latina woman often told I should follow a predetermined path. The weight of doubt loomed large: who was I to defy the odds? But the fear of unfulfillment and regret became my fuel. It drove me to climb the corporate ladder, break barriers in media and marketing, and eventually step into the light of entrepreneurship where my true calling began to flourish.
Over the years, I developed The CEO Method, blending personal growth, mindset mastery, and business acumen. As the host of The Audacious As F*ck Podcast and a speaker at events like She is Fierce! Summit and Telemundo’s Mujeres Imparables series, I saw firsthand how many bold, ambitious women felt stuck and unchallenged in their careers. This ignited a passion within me to share actionable tools and strategies that enabled women to redefine success and embrace change on their terms.

My business was birthed from a deep-seated belief that every woman deserves to live audaciously and authentically. I combined my cultural depth with transformational empowerment to create immersive workshops, speaking engagements, and a podcast that resonate deeply with women determined to be their best selves. I'm Martha, a Dominican-American Corporate Executive and Lifestyle entrepreneur. I believe that leadership is an identity—and the future I want to create is one where more women of color unapologetically own theirs. I’m committed to this work because I’ve lived every chapter—burnout, breakthroughs, bold pivots. What keeps me focused is knowing that when women lead from within, they don’t just change their careers—they change the culture.
